Will China Surpasses U.S. Economy

China will overtake the U.S. as the largest economy in the world in 2020. This occurs because the expansion develops more quickly as well as appreciation of the currency of the country. This is confirmed by Standard Chartered Plc, through its report entitled “Super-Cycle Report”.

China’s economy will grow two-fold from the U.S. in 2030 and accounted for 24 percent of global production. Currently, the increase was 9 percent. Meanwhile, India will surpass Japan to become the country with the world’s third largest economy in the coming decade.

The Goldman Sachs Group Inc. estimates that China will overtake the U.S. in 2007. The world will likely experience a ‘super cycle’ is defined as three times the historical periods with high global growth and survive in a generation or more. It appears driven by increased trade, high levels of investment, urbanization and technological innovation, the economy Tuesday.
