iPed the iPad Clone

Author :

iPed the iPad Clone The Apple iPad is currently not yet available in China, but that’s not stopping one company from profitting off the device. Orphan Electronics launched the “iPed”, a device that comes in an identical casing and user interface as the iPad. While the Apple iPad runs on the modified version of the iPhone OS, the iPed runs on the Android 1.5. The main difference between the two tablets are the prices. Apple is currently selling its standard model which cost upward of $500, while the iPed is priced at $150. The iPed also houses a 16GB storage drive and includes 1GB of RAM, while the iPad has a 16/32/64GB model and all running on 256MB of RAM. The iPed also has a 600Mhz processor, while the iPad has 1Ghz. The iPed uses a 7inch display with a screen resolution of 800×400 pixels, whereas the iPad uses a 9.7inch display with a screen resolution of 1024×768. Let’s see how long it will take for Apple to take legal action against this imitation tablet. by JaymarkTech Video courtesy of the Japanese News Network (JNN). This is another exemple of how Apple steals money to customers , same whit IPhone, pay a lot to have nothing.
Also Ipad or Iped are not a genius idea, just look at startrek Voyager in 1996 they alredy have it so they invented it, the only missing thing was technology.

@SamuraiPies China has copyright laws, maybe just not for this type of object. Funny thing is another Chinese company is threatening to sue Apple if the iPad makes it into the country. Look up the P88 tablet.

China does not have CopyWrite Laws so there will be nothing Apple Can Do. Toyota has been trying for years to stop copies of their cars in China and have failed. China has been selling copies of the iPhone and iPod for years and apple has not worried about it. Just not worth the costs .. Besides look in the USA and the Fake Lamborghinis and Ferraris that are selling! Seem the US can copy things but the rest of the world is not allowed!
